 Gondola
rideDay 2 in Venice was a day off for sight seeing and being tourists. We ate at Venetian restaurants and visited film locations. A gondola ride retraced the path that the Cinerama camera took along the canals of Venice in "This Is Cinerama". | |

Day 4, we toured up the Grand Canal in Venice and enjoyed the scenery. | |

ticket.Then, the main event was the screening of South Seas Adventure in the festival’s Sala Perla Theater. This was the first of three scheduled screenings over the next three days. We have been advised that our return flight was canceled due to an airline strike. Therefore, there will be a Venice day 5 tomorrow. | |

We were rebooked on a flight for the following day and spent day 5 passing the time in Venice. We returned to St. Mark’s Square to see an old “This Is Cinerama” film location. | |
