Dear Mr. Projectionist:
You are now entering the Cinemiracle projection room prior to the regular performance. Each projectionist must check over the complete projector he is to operate before threading for the first act of Cinemiracle. Also clean and oil the projector mechanism and other working parts, also clean the projector lamp mirrors, lamp elements and the lamphouse interior. Make sure you have inspected your film.
We are now presuming that each projectionist has cleaned each projector lens and the projector port glasses. The prologue projector has had the regular routine cleaning and inspection, also the sound reproducer. We are now ready for a routine test run to insure positive operation:
1. Check torque motors, Cinemiracle projector drive motors.
2. " Selsyn interlock.
3. " Are intermittents on their frame line mark.
4. " Operation of changeover dowsers.
5. " " " prologue projector.
6. " Power amplifiers.
7. " "B" projector sound reproducer.
8. " Prologue projector sound reproducer.
9. " Reproduction output.
10. Place line-up target film loops in each Cinemiracle projector and check line-up.
11. The opening Cinemiracle scene is a close-up of the Christian Radich. If you have not been supplied with film loops, thread the first act into the Cinemiracle projectors and in synchronization run the opening scene and blend the match lines in preparation for the regular performance.
