"H.M.A.V. Bounty"

Fifth Continent Movie Classics presents a John Steven Lasher film "H.M.A.V. Bounty".

The 3-strip project has been retitled from
"Ol' Three-Eyes is back" to "H.M.A.V. Bounty".

Length of final film is estimated at 10 minutes actual footage, plus 3 minutes film prologue (centre panel only), film music overture (2'30"), end credits (3') and exit music under one minute. Roughly 19 minutes of Kinopanorama film.

Screenplay is structured around a cruise aboard The Bounty. Additional footage will be of Australian beaches, a cricket match between Australia and England.

Filmstock is old daylight "ortho" Sovcolor stock (ASA around 16) and more recent Sovcolor stock. AGFA Gevaert in Sydney has been approached for a special order of 3000 meters of their XT 100 film. The film will premiere in Bradfords, Pictureville 3-strip Cinerama Cinema in March 1995 *).

Production assistant: Sergey Rozhkov. Technical liaisons: Igor Shevtsov and Yuri Sokol. Filmed in: Kinopanorama 3-lens Ultra Widescreen. Sound: 7-track Stereo Surround. Color: Sovcolor and Eastman EXR 100T. Prints by: Eastman Kodak. Running time: 20 min. Filming began: November 3, 1993. Produced and directed by: John Steven Lasher.

The CD soundtrack will be availabe in June 1995. A PAL video will also be available at a date to be announced.
