The new WIDESCREEN HISTORY publication summarise the history of Widescreen processes and related subjects. It is not the complete history of widescreen history, but the intention was to make a publication with a lot of information on Cinerama, CinemaScope systems, 70mm, etc., With a little history about sound and color and as important aspect: a lot of classic illustrations in colour and black and white.
