Dances With Wolves Panavision NA 6-Track Dolby Stereo SR Orion US 35mm release: Nov 9, 1990. 70mm print reportedly used in LA during Oscar consideration screenings. 70mm print(s) later screened in Toronto, Canada & Brussels, Belgium (and perhaps elsewhere).
“The Doors” Panavision Mar 1 (USA) 6-Track Dolby Stereo SR TriStar 70mm trailers: “Hudson Hawk” and “Terminator 2.” Also released in 35mm-CDS.

“For the Boys” Spherical (1.85:1) Nov 22 (USA) 6-Track Dolby Stereo SR 20th Century Fox Original Aspect Ratio (OAR) blow-up. Some sources suggest this may have had 70mm-CDS prints as well.

Super 35 Dec 6 (USA) 6-Track Dolby Stereo SR (SS) Paramount 70mm trailers: “Wayne’s World,” “Cool World” and “The Last Boy Scout” This was also test screened in 35mm - Dolby Digital.
 
“Terminator 2: Judgment Day” Super 35 July 3 (USA) CDS/6-Track Dolby Stereo SR (SS) TriStar Some cities ran ‘sneak preview’ screenings on July 2. Dual 70mm print inventory (18 mag-stripe & 6 CDS). 70mm trailers: “Hook” (teaser), “Another You” and “Alien 3” (teaser). Expanded to 153 minutes in 1993, and released exclusively on LaserDisc (and subsequently, on DVD & VHS).
