The
following is a reference / historical listing of the 70-millimeter
presentations of Nope in the United States and Canada These screenings
offer moviegoers an opportunity to experience the film in an after-the-fact
70mm presentation.
The original release of Nope during the summer of 2022 was entirely DCP.
Three 70mm prints of Nope were struck and feature Datasat audio and
full-frame imagery (2.20:1) sourced from a combination of 15/65 (about 40%),
5/65 (about 60%), plus 4/35 and digital (small percentage for special
sequences).
The Universal release was directed by Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us) and
starred Daniel Kaluuya, Keke Palmer and Steven Yeun.
